Want Some Wine With Dessert?
Well, we have made it to the last week of the quarter.. that is until final exams next week. This week we covered Sherry, Port & Dessert Wines.
We tasted a 2003 Sandeman Don Fino Superior Fino Sherry, Fonseca Porto Bin No 27, Taylor Fladgate 10 Year Old Tawny Porto & last but not least, Marco Negri Moscato d'Asti 2003 DOCG, by far the absolute best thing we have tasted in the entire 10 weeks of this class.
Next week is final exams and then I have a week off. I'm ready for a break. Gotta go work on homework. Night All.

I wonder if I could get out of all the wine tasting with my headaches? Hmmm...
Or maybe it'd just be cool to get drunk at school!
