The e-stem treatments are just those little electrode sticky things they put on you and you sit there and be "shocked" for about an hour. I'm supposed to go twice a week. Until the next school quarter starts I'm going to go at noon on Mondays and Fridays and then I will move it to Wednesdays and Fridays.

The first day was a complete and total waste of time. The person who hooked me up was under the impression that I was there for migraines, not for the true reason of this angle of my treatment which is to combat the stiff neck, muscle spasms, numbness and tingling in my extremities.

Apparently they dont turn the electrodes up very high for migraine patients. The next time I went I mentioned what a waste of time the first hour was sitting there and they cranked me up a few notches where I could feel it. These treatments are much better now.
