Only In Texas

I don't know why this hit me so funny but it has just cracked me up.

This is a caption off of the Weather Channel's desktop application that runs on my computer. It sits down in my taskbar and tells me the current temperature and flashes when there is a severe weather alert.

The icon in the taskbar clearly shows 82 degrees, but then it started flashing. What did the weather alert say?

Winter Weather Watch.
