I Knew Lawyers Were Fowl But This Is Ridiculous

Apparently the US Mafia Leader, oops I mean Cheney, decided that Austin, Texas millionaire attorney Harry Whittington was Fowl and needed to be shot.

I know I don't know much about hunting, but taking the assumption that I have above average intelligence, it leads me to ask one question. When quail hunting, aren't you supposed to look for your target to be small and have feathers running or flying and not on the ground walking upright with 2 legs 30 feet away from you?

Since when does the Mafia Leader do his own shooting? I thought they hired people to do that.
