Happy Birthday To My Best Friend
Happy Birthday!
I hope you had a wonderful day. It's hard to believe that we have been friends for nearly 15 years. We have been thru so much together and I can't imagine my life without you in it. God knew that we were meant to be best friends for life, considering how many lengths he went to to make sure we finally met.
After living in the same neighborhood for 4 years, going to the same elementary school for 2 years, even being in classrooms across the hall from each other in 3rd grade, it wasn't until you moved back to Houston in our senior year that we finally met. We sure became fast friends and I have no doubt that we were just making up for lost time.
I can't believe that it has been 16 months since we have seen each other, 16 months since I have been home, but what I love about our friendship is that the minute I walk in your front door (in two weeks when I come to visit) it will be like I never left. I love that we can stay up late talking and crying and go out to eat and make your hubby eat stuff that he didn't want but that he will talk about for the next year. And, no matter how many stupid things I do, you never judge me, you listen to me, you understand me, and you are always there for me when I need to cry.
I cant wait until I move back home so that we can see each other all the time and I wont be that far away from the best friend a girl could ask for.
