Tacos and DVRs
Saturday night I went out to dinner with my friends M&S that I have known for
over a decade now. We all went to Baylor together, then after graduation they
moved to Houston and I followed a year later. In 2003, they moved to Dallas and
then, again, about a year later I followed.
We went and ate dinner at Taco Diner and then went back to their apartment where
we watched the past two episodes of Real Time with Bill Maher that they had
recorded. We had originally planned this evening for Friday night but my Valium
had other plans for me that evening so we rescheduled.
We've decided that as long as we are all in town on Friday night, we are going
to make this our new ritual. Dinner and Maher, Friday night. I think next week
we're gonna have Pizza and Beer. I was just a little burnt out on pizza after
having it for both dinner Friday night and lunch on Saturday.
