Tex-Mex Fajitas, Chayote Squash Casserole, Mexican Corn, Guacamole, Pico
I can tell that we are starting to wind down in the quarter because Chef
didn't come over to each table and artistically plate up everything we made and
make us reproduce it. Once everything was finished, he grabbed three tortillas,
made a fajita from each table and told us to dig in. I have learned from a few
of you that I get in trouble when I dont take pictures, so I just put a portion
of each thing we made on this one plate and snapped a quick picture. It was a
good food night. Yum! Dinner!
