Swamped, Day Late & A Dollar Short

Ok. I know I haven't been around much lately, but I am swamped and overwhelmed with school work.

I took today off from work to attempt to get all my stuff done so that I can finish off this semester, enjoy my up coming break & rest and re-organize for my next quarter.

I have one large menu project, that is thankfully almost done, except for typing out the recipes, with much thanks to JMC. I have two research papers to write & a few online assignments and a few other straggling items to take care of. I also have the normal uniforms that need to go thru the laundry and other mundane chores. I will post pictures from class and for SPD & SPF as I take random mind-breaks from my work. Bear with me these next two weeks and I'll be back to normal on the 17th.
