Fried Ice Cream with Chocolate Ganache
This is our fried ice cream with chocolate ganache. We actually made this last
week, and a few of us attempted to fry it but since we had only made the ice
cream an hour before, it hadn't gotten hard enough to stay in a ball and fry. We
ate it anyway. ;-) A week later, we tried again, and this time it fried up nice
and crispy. It started melting pretty fast after pouring the hot chocolate
ganache over the top and I was a little slow with the camera.
