Fancy Names

Ok SillyNessa. Here you go. Vichyssoise is Cold Potato Leek Soup. Mirepoix is Onions, Carrots and Celery in a 2:1:1 ratio added to stocks and soups. I'll try to remember to include definitions from now on.
