Explanation

So that was the essay I turned in with my application to the Art Institute of Dallas. I have been accepted to the Culinary program and my first quarter starts on January 10th. Currently I am busy packing, being a bum, seeing friends before I leave and getting ready to move to Dallas on January 8th. My plan is to keep this site updated, whats going on with me, how school is going, recipes and tricks that I have learned, etc. I will be in class on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30pm - 10:30pm and Thursdays from 1:00pm - 4:00pm and 5:30pm - 10:30pm. And I will also be looking for employment once I arrive in Dallas to keep me busy the other 4 days of the week.
